One of Europe’s largest professional bodies is looking for a corporate finance expert to lead this new team. You will be a qualified professional with a solid technical and practical background looking to step into a progressive, developing and more advisory role.
The successful candidate will be involved in one of the most respected and largest professional bodies in Europe for corporate financiers and securities regulators. To this effect you will be responsible for advancing its influence and making representations on corporate finance and capital markets policy and regulation at the very highest level. The main responsibilities are to: develop the corporate finance area with further input into the wider Technical Strategy Directorate; provide thought leadership in both technical and regulatory issues; monitor developments in the UK and abroad in corporate finance issues; become the voice for all corporate finance professionals; maintain and further develop the Faculty’s high quality representations to relevant authorities; communicate effectively with all media; liaise closely with key regulators on corporate finance and the FEE Capital Markets Advisory Group; and assist in writing a best practice guide for members.
Salary £50,000 + bonus 10% + pension 5%
